Advertising Norvic!

Originally founded in 1846 by James Howlett and Robert Tillyard on Elm Hill in Norwich. By 1935, becoming the largest footwear manufacturing group in England and was renamed The Norvic Shoe Company. After employing almost 2000 people and producing 25,000 pairs of shoes a week in its heyday, Norvic sadly folded in 1981.
